Please feel free to fill out the boarding, grooming or daycare forms found below before dropping your pet off for their stay. This will allow you to write detailed instructions on the form and will make for a smoother drop off. Please call us 304-263-7829 with any questions regarding the forms!
Boarding & Grooming Admission Requirements
- Requirements For Dogs
- All dogs must be up to date on Distemper, Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and Rabies vaccinations at least ONE WEEK prior to boarding for both their protection and the protection of others around them.
- Requirements For Cats
- All cats must be up to date on Distemper and Rabies vaccinations at least ONE WEEK prior to boarding for both their protection and the protection of others around them. All cats must be spayed/neutered to try to avoid spraying in the Kitty Retreat Room while they free roam.
